                      of a water electrolyzer in a real-time simulation
                      environment.To power the electrolyzer, a chopper-rectifier
                      with passive filter (CRPF) and a 3-phase interleaved buck
                      converter (IBC) are implemented.We further analyze the
                      performance of the electrolyzer when it is used for primary
                      frequency control.At the end, we integrate the electrolyzer
