2023

International conference on neuromorphic, natural and physical computing, NNPC, HannoverHannover, Germany, 25 Oct 2023 - 27 Oct 20232023-10-252023-10-27

Abstract: A neuroscientifically relevant model of a local cortical circuit has become a benchmarkchallenging different conventional and neuromorphic simulation approaches in terms of accuracy andefficiency. The cross-disciplinary performance comparison calls for discussions on 1) future benchmarkmodels representing the multi-level organization of the brain at scale, and 2) demands on the designof neuromorphic hardware to enable corresponding network simulations.
