Abstract: The Mission Support System and Components Meanwhile, the Mission Support System (MSS) has been in use for more than 10 years in international aircraft measurement campaigns for atmospheric research. This is a great success for an Open Source Python Project. It is a client/server application that is being further developed in this community. Besides the indvidual planning of a flight path based on forecast data, this can be done collaboratively. With the help of the conda-forge community the software can be installed on different platforms. The talk introduces the software and gives impulses how to maintain a conda-forge project with many dependencies.
