                      allows variation in the deposited materialproperties.
                      [Co/Pd]n multilayers with differen Co thicknesses were
                      depositedon a flat silicon substrate, and densely packed
                      two-dimensional arrays of silicananospheres with different
                      radii of curvature formed by improved drop-castingmethod
                      [1]. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray reflectivity (XRR),
