520 _ _ |a Professor Dr. Tibor Braun, the founder and honorary Edi-tor-in-Chief of the Journal of Radioanalytical and NuclearChemistry (JRNC) as well as of Scientometrics, founderof Fullerene Science and Technology (currently known asFullerenes, Nanotubes and Carbon Nanostructures) passedaway in September 2022. He was a professor emeritus of theInstitute of Chemistry of Loránd Eötvös University, Buda-pest, Hungary and an honorary member of the RomanianAcademy of Sciences.We commemorated the founding editor in the first as wellas the memorial session of the third International Conferenceon Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry (RANC-2023) inBudapest on 8 May 2023. The talks were presented by Dr.Zsolt Révay, the present Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. AmaresChatt, editor of Journal of Radioanalytical and NuclearChemistry (JRNC), and Prof. Dr. Syed M. Qaim, Editor-in-Chief of Radiochimica Acta (RCA), and these authorscontributed to this Editorial in the same sequence.
