Abstract: The report provides a comprehensive overview of the existing open science practice, technical resources and information infrastructure at Serbian universities. This analysis was required in order to understand the current practice and include it in the design of the technical guidelines and solutions that will be provided as the results of the BE-OPEN project. This Report is divided into two parts. The first one analyses the current open science practice at each Serbian university.
