Abstract: The data is used to study how heat, ozone, and combined stressors influence biogenic volatile organic compound (BVOC) emissions in Fagus sylvatica (Beech) and Quercus robur (Oak). The experiment was conducted in a controlled environment and high-resolution PTR-ToF-MS measurements.
