publication: "Proton Exchange Membrane Water Electrolyzer
Cathode: A Nanomechanical and Nanoelectrical Analysis" (DOI:
10.1149/1945-7111/add213) It contains the PeakForce
Tunnelling Atomic Force Microscopy (PF-TUNA, Bruker, USA)
experiments on pristine and operated membrane electrode
assembly (MEA) cathodes and the respective polystyrene - low
density polyethylene (PS-LDPE) calibration files. All
PF-TUNA files were generated with a Dimension Icon and the
Nanoscope software (Bruker, USA). Additionally,
nanoindentation data is stored herein with respective
optical microscope images of the indented area. The
nanoindentation data were generated with a Hysitron TI 980
and the TriboScan software (Bruker, USA) on the same MEAs as
the AFM data. The data provides information about local MEA
cathode aging upon long-term operation in a proton membrane
electrolyzer cell with respect to porous transport layer
related compression.},
