Abstract: The tutorial shows how to configure a basic coupled simulation scenario with netedit from scratch. The scenario consists of a crossing with interacting cars and pedestrians. It is explained how to define the simulation network and the demand for vehicle and person flows. First, a simulation with the default pedestrian model of SUMO (striping model) is configured. Then it is switched to the JuPedSim model and the results are inspected.
