Abstract: In La0.7Sr0.3MnO3−δ , the introduction of oxygen vacancies induces a topotacticphase transition from the perovskite phase to an oxygen-vacancy orderedBrownmillerite phase. The influence of oxygen vacancies on near-surface magneticdomains is probed via Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) magnetometry. PolarizedNeutron Reflectometry (PNR) provide depth-resolved magnetization profilesand oxygen stoichiometry. Scanning Transmission ElectronMicroscopy (STEM)elucidates the atomic structure and depth-dependent oxidation states.
