Juelich's user-dedicated small-angle scattering
facility at the synchrotron source DORIS in DESY/Hamburg, provides
a small angle scattering beamline specifically designed for anomalous
scattering studies of nanostructures with a real space resolution on the
length scale 0.5 - 100 nm. To cope with anisotropic structures, the samples
can be tilted relative to the incoming beam around two perpendicular axes.
The measurements are performed in pinhole collimation with a 2-dimensional
position sensitive multiwire proportional counter with 256 x 256 resolution
elements at 5 different sample-detector distances... |
