Corcoran1 1Institute of Electroceramic Materials 2Institut Werkst. der Elektrotechnik II, RWTH Aachen Thin films (BaZr0.8Y0.2O(3-x)) were prepared by CSD techniques and were shown by impedance measurements to be high temperature proton conductors. |
