The high purity of the compounds allowed studying the transport properties without bias from side phases. In0.160(2)Co4Sb12 (nominally In0.18Co4Sb12) revealed a zT ≈ 1 at 420°C. The linear correlation between the true In occupancy and lattice parameter a indicates the true In filling and allows predicting the filler content of AxCo4Sb12.
