AB  - Our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of plant photosynthesis is expanding from insights into static fluxes in constant irradiance to an understanding of complex dynamic patterns in fluctuating light. Knowledge about regulatory interactions, information about relevant biological features that emerge in fluctuating light, and the new standards for sharing biological models allow world-wide consortia aimed at the comprehensive modeling of photosynthetic dynamics.
