000844501 520__ $$aLa théorie de la décision comportementale est appliquée avec succès au monde des organisation et des affaires. On a aussi tenté de développer les aides à la décision pour les problèmes de décision personnelle (projets familiaux ou orientation professionnelle). Seulement, les résultats sont décevants après plus de dix ans de théorier et de recherche. Cet article s'interroge sur les raisons. Dans la première partie, on passe en revue les principales aides à la décision qui ont été créés ces dix dernières années en insistant particulièrement sur les logiciels intéractifs. Dans la deuxième partie, on discute de ce qui serait à l'origine du manque apparent de succès du conseil en décision, à savoir certains aspects des aides à la décision, les catégories de problèmes décisionnels et les caractéristiques des preneurs de décision. Dans la troisième partie, on entre-voit les axes de développement virtuels des futurs travaux sur les aides à la décision et leur intégration dans des modèles plus globaux.Behavioural decision theory is being applied successfully to business and organisational problems. Efforts have also been made to develop decision aids for personal decision problems, e. g. family planning or career choice. However, after more than ten years of theory and research, the result is disappointing. The present paper asks why. In section 1, the major decision aids that have been developed in the past ten years are reviewed, with a particular emphasis on interactive computer programmes. In section 2, some features of decision aids, types of decision problems, and characteristics of decision-makers are discussed as sources of the apparent lack of success of decision counselling. In section 3, potential lines of future work on decision aids and their integration in more general counselling frameworks are suggested.
