Investigations (JEDI) collaborationis the measurement of the
electric dipole moment of charged particles like protonor
deuteron. There are two possible experimental setups for the
realisation of this measurementwith deuterons: The Frozen
and Quasi Frozen Spin storage ring experiments.Both
approaches are discussed and compared in this thesis.
Various misalignmentsand systematic eects are simulated in
