Several steps are needed to prepare, execute and analyse each individual parameter combination. This process can be very error prone and time consuming if executed manually. Script solutions can overcome this problem but are often tightly coupled to an individual application.This talk should give an introduction to the JUBE benchmarking environment, which offers a generic approach for benchmarking and parameter study scenarios. It will introduce the idea of a parameter driven workflow architecture. The environment allows users to create a documented, reproducible application execution setup. JUBE can be used to orchestrate a workflow with multiple runs of a NEST simulation that are then compared and analysed in a later stage.}, month = {Jun}, date = {2018-06-25}, organization = {NEST Conference 2018, Ås (Norway), 25 Jun 2018 - 26 Jun 2018}, subtyp = {After Call}, cin = {JSC}, cid = {I:(DE-Juel1)JSC-20090406}, pnm = {511 - Computational Science and Mathematical Methods (POF3-511)}, pid = {G:(DE-HGF)POF3-511}, typ = {PUB:(DE-HGF)6}, url = {https://juser.fz-juelich.de/record/850679}, }
