Abstract: We discuss the magnetic properties of thin Co films with respect to the saturation magnetization and the spin reorientation, both in dependence of thickness. Additionally, we study the coupling in thin film heterostructures consisting of the topotactic material SrCoO3-δ and the ferromagnetic La2/3Sr1/3MnO3.
