Abstract: Topological quantum materials have attracted enormous attention since their discovery due to the observed anomalous transport properties, which originate from the non-zero Berry curvature. Mn3+δGe has gained special attention because of its large anomalous transport effects that persist starting from Néel temperature (365 K) down to 2 K. Hexagonal - Mn3+δGe stabilizes in the range of δ = 0.25 to 0.55. We have observed larger anomalous Hall effect with very small hysteresis (<200 Oe) for high Mn concentration in Mn3+δGe. To establish the claim for the existence of Weyl points in Mn3+δGe, transverse and longitudinal magneto-resistance (MR) was also performed with field and current applied along several combinations of x, y, z crystallographic axes. Negative MR is observed in some cases even when magnetic field (B) is perpendicular to the current (I) direction. However, in case of I∥B∥x, negative MR is observed with different slopes below and above 2 T. Angle dependent measurement (between I and B) shows that the negative MR with higher slope (observed below 2 T) is possibly originating due to the chiral anomaly.
