| 520 | _ | _ | |a Der Open Access Monitor Deutschland, ein vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und der Allianz der Wissenschaftsorganisationen gefördertes Projekt, unterstützt den Transformationsprozess des Publikationswesens hin zu Open Access. Dazu werden aus diversen Quellen Daten zu Publikations- und Zitationszahlen, Publikations- und Subskriptionsausgaben sowie Nutzungsstatistiken aggregiert und dargestellt. Die Datenbank wird in Kooperation mit dem Nationalen Open-Access-Kontaktpunkt (OA2020-DE) aufgebaut. Der Beitrag setzt sich mit den technischen Aspekten des Monitors auseinander, wobei sowohl die Datenquellen und deren Verarbeitung betrachtet werden (Normierung, Mapping), als auch die Nutzbarmachung der aggregierten Daten aufgezeigt wird.The Open Access Monitor Germany, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the Alliance of Science Organisations in Germany, supports the transition of the publishing system towards an open access system. For this purpose, data on publications, citations and costs (licensing fees and publication fees) are collected, aggregated and made available in a web application. The project also serves as a data warehouse for the National Open Access Contact Point NOAK (OA2020-DE). The present article deals with the technical design of the Monitor, focusing both on its data source systems and on data processing and visualization. |
