520 | _ | _ | |a In order to investigate the domain structure and magnetization switching mechanism, FePd thinfilms with different perpendicular magnetic anisotropy were grown using the OMBE system.XRD and wide-angle x-ray scattering was performed to characterize the crystalstructure.The domain structure was determined by magnetic force microscopy and theperpendicular magnetic anisotropy was characterized by magnetization measurements.Electric transport properties were measured to investigate the relation between domainswitching and magneto-resistance effects. |
