000912010 520__ $$aThis dataset contains delineations of the distinct fiber bundles (intermediate orolateral fiber masses (iol), intermediate central fiber masses (ice), Lamella dorsalis (ld)) of the internal intermediate fiber masses of the amygdala complex (IF Amygdala) in the individual cytoarchitectonic sections the BigBrain. These fiber bundles were delineated on the basis of their topographic location in relation to the cytoarchitectonic subdivisions of the amygdala in high-resolution histological sections (at 1-micron) of the BigBrain dataset. They have been transformed to the sections of the 3D reconstructed BigBrain space using the transformations, which were provided by Claude Lepage (McGill).
