000912015 520__ $$aThis dataset contains delineations of the ventromedial tract of the Stria terminalis (VTM amygdala), external fiber bundle associated with the amygdala complex, in the individual cytoarchitectonic sections of the BigBrain. This fiber bundle was delineated on the basis of its topographic location in relation to the cytoarchitectonic subdivisions of the amygdala in the high-resolution histological sections (at 1-micron) of the BigBrain dataset. They have been transformed to the sections of the 3D reconstructed BigBrain space using the transformations, which were provided by Claude Lepage (McGill).
