It is found that the transformation is a mode-mixing operation, and a protocol that exploits gravity to induce a Hong–Ou–Mandel-like interference effect on the state of two photons is devised. It is discussed how the results of this work can provide a demonstration of quantum field theory in curved spacetime.}, cin = {PGI-12}, ddc = {530}, cid = {I:(DE-Juel1)PGI-12-20200716}, pnm = {5212 - Emergent Quantum Phenomena (POF4-521)}, pid = {G:(DE-HGF)POF4-5212}, typ = {PUB:(DE-HGF)16}, UT = {WOS:000897149800001}, doi = {10.1002/andp.202200468}, url = {https://juser.fz-juelich.de/record/916123}, }
