The main source of these imperfections can be traced to the fundamental parasitic interactions between coupled qubits. The parasitic interactions bend the computational and non-computational levels of the qubits thus creating a parasitic ZZ interaction. In this poster, we provide a detailed overview of such parasitic interactions in a multi-qubit system and some techniques to suppress them.
