Abstract: This brief highlights three challenges for achieving responsible data governance in the European Health Data Space. The challenges are 1) Engagement with and participation of stakeholders, 2) Rights, legitime interests and responsibilities, and 3) System security. This work is the outcome of an expert workshop hosted by Danish Board of Technology and De Montfort University under the Human Brain Project.
