Abstract: The 6th generation of the Jülich Storage Cluster JUST introduces a couple of design changes in the HPC storage infrastructure. In this talk we described the migration of the IBM Spectrum Protect based backup and archive infrastructure of the Forschungszentrum Jülich moving from AIX power based systems to Linux x86 systems.
