Abstract: This dataset accompanies a manuscript currently in review for the journal Atmospheric Measurement Techniques. The preprint can be found here: https://egusphere.copernicus.org/preprints/2025/egusphere-2024-4034/. The files contain the trace gas mixing ratios and uncertainties as derived from the MegaAirCore (MAC) and the cryosampler (CRYO). For the latter, these are subdivided into merged measurements from the Goethe University of Frankfurt (GUF) and the Forschungszentrum Juelich (FZJ) followed by the individually determined mixing ratios from the labs at these two institutions. Not that these individual measurements contain data for several further trace gases as not all species are measured by both labs. The third file contains the mean ages of air (AoA) as determined from various inert trace gases. For further details please refer to the corresponding manuscript (ideally the final version, once published).
