Abstract: This is a subset of the General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans (GEBCO) dataset. It is used as an example in the Geokit (Geospatial toolkit for Python) software . It is used to determine sea depths at potential offshore wind turbine locations in the North Sea. The example data contains additional tiles to demonstrate the software's filtering capabilities.
