Abstract: This dataset provides the replication data supporting the publication “In-operando Friction Force Microscopy Reveals Degradation and Repassivation of Epitaxial Perovskites During Oxygen Evolution Reaction Under Dynamic Cycling Conditions.” doi: doi.org/10.1002/celc.202500426 It contains in-operando friction force microscopy (FFM) measurements acquired during cyclic voltammetry in 0.1 M KOH on epitaxial La0.6Sr0.4CoO3 (LSCO), La0.6Sr0.4FeO3 (LSFO), and La0.6Sr0.4MnO3 (LSMO), along with complementary electrochemical and structural characterization data. Use the “tree view” in the JülichDATA interface to inspect the folder structure. Additional details and context are provided in the README files within each folder. The dataset includes: FFM: friction force microscopy raw data and processed (secondary) data Potentiostat: raw potentiostat data from a Biologic SP-300 XRD: raw XRD data of pristine perovskite samples
