Neuroanatomische Kartierung des frontalen Operculums

Note: Angestrebt wird eine komplette multimodale neuroanatomische Karte des ventralen Frontallappens und von Regionen in den dorsalen Anteilen der Sylviischen Fissur und der benachbarten Insula. Somit wird eine anatomische Referenz für die Lokalisation neuronaler Netzwerke im Frontalkortex, die an verschiedenen Sprachfunktionen beteiligt sind, ermöglicht. Die Kombination zytoarchitektonischer Wahrscheinlichkeitskarten mit Rezeptorautoradiographie, fMRT und DTI wird neue Aussagen über die Beteiligung des frontalen Operculums an Sprache ermöglichen. Die neuroanatomischen Karten können sowohl für grundlagentheoretische als auch für klinische Fragestellungen eingesetzt werden.
