| 520 | _ | _ | |a In dieser Studie demonstrieren wir, wie man mit einfachen Mitteln, durch Visualisierung der Chlorophyllfluoreszenz, Einblicke in die Dynamik der Photosynthese erhält. Mithilfe eines Rotfilters und einer speziellen blauen Lampe wird das rote Leuchten der Chlorophyllfluoreszenz für das Auge oder eine normale Digitalkamera wahrnehmbar. Die Methode gibt nicht nur Forschern die Möglichkeit, Fluoreszenz auf die denkbar einfachste Weise direkt visuell wahrzunehmen, sondern ist durch den einfachen Aufbau und die direkte Informationsvermittlung optimal didaktisch einsetzbar.The fluorescence of chlorophyllIn this study, we show how to gain insight into the dynamics of photosynthesis in a simple way. When a red filter and a special blue lamp are used, the fluorescence of chlorophyll becomes visible to the human eye and common digital cameras. The method not only enables scientists to perceive fluorescence visually in a simple way but is also suitable for teaching. In the future, we hope to obtain new insights, perhaps discovered by enthusiasts equipped with red glasses and blue flashlights on a nightly walk through the forest. |
