Abstract: We have studied isospin symmetry violation in nuclear reactions by measuring simultaneously the cross-section of the following two reactions p + d -> H-3 pi(+) and P + d -> He-3 pi(0). The experiment was performed at the cooler synchrotron accelerator COSY, Jiilich at several beam energies close to the corresponding eta production threshold. We also have ongoing programmes on eta-nucleus final-state interaction studies via p+ Li-6 -> Be-7 +eta reactions, high resolution search for dibaryonic resonances and lambda-proton final state interaction studies. The experimental details and results obtained so far are presented here.
