Abstract: We report here on two major physical results, that have been obtained using the computer resources of JUQUEEN, both published in Physical Review Letters. The first one concerns the mass difference between the up and down quarks, while the second one is a determination of the quark content of the nucleon, where we have for the first time in the literature given individual up- and down- quark contents of the proton and the neutron.
