Abstract: I give an outline of the recent developments in nuclear lattice effective field theory, which is continuing to push the boundaries of ab initio nuclear many-body calculations, both in terms of nuclear structure and nuclear reactions. This remarkable progress has been made possible by recent dramatic increases in HPC resources, as well as advances in computational methods and algorithmic developments.
