Abstract: Several types of multilayer structures based on SrTiO3 and DyScO3 thin films were prepared by laser ablation. The dielectric properties of these samples without and under applied static or low-frequency electric field at room temperature were determined in the terahertz spectral range by time-domain terahertz spectroscopy. We demonstrate up to 65% variation of the permittivity of SrTiO3 films and up to 33% modulation of the power transmission of terahertz waves at 500 GHz and 100 V (67 kV/cm) bias.
