Abstract: Specific heat and nuclear magnetic properties of dilute solutions of $^{3}$He in $^{4}$He at very low temperatures have been investigated. These mixtures are expected to behave like strongly interacting "Fermi-systems". A theory for these so-called "Fermi-liquids" has been developed by Landau in 1957. According to this theory the qualitative behaviour of a strongly interacting Fermi-liquid is similar to that of a free Fermi-gas. The quantitative differences depend on the strength of the interactions. As expected from this theory, the specific heat for all samples is linear in temperature (C - $\gamma$ T). However, the values of $\gamma$ at high pressures and high concentrations are different from expectations. Possible experimental errors are discussed. The results of the nuclear magnetic properties show for the first time direct evidence for the existence of spin-waves in Helium-mixtures. It was possible to determine the (until now unknown) Fermi-liquid-parameter F$^{a}_{l}$. No evidence for a superfluid phase-transition down to 220 $\mu$K has been found.
