Abstract: The nuclear reaction cross-sections of the natZr(α,x)93m/99Mo reactions were measured up to 30 MeV in six irradiation experiments using the stacked-foil technique. Irradiations were carried out at the level IV cyclotron IBA Cyclone 30 XP at INM-5, Forschungszentrum Jülich. The natCu(α,x)66/67Ga reactions served as monitor reactions to determine the α-particle flux and energy. The experimental data and the derived integral yield curves were compared with literature values, TENDL-2025 data and TALYS-2.0 calculations.
