Note: Mit der Etablierung eines Netzwerkes mit Schwerpunkt auf Sensorsysteme in der Landwirtschaft soll eine zeitnahe Anpassung landwirtschaftlicher Produktion an eine erhöhte Nachfrage nach pflanzlichen Produkten (Nahrungs- und Futtermittel, Rohstoffe und Energie) unter veränderten Produktionsbedingungen (Klima, Ressourcenverfügbarkeit) ermöglicht werden. Hierbei sollen gleichzeitig eine hohe Produktivität und eine maximale Ressourcenschonung sichergestellt werden. Eine wichtige Voraussetzung zur Erreichung dieser Ziele ist die Entwicklung von neuen Sensorsystemen zur Erfassung von Zuständen in Pflanzenbeständen für die Anwendung in Züchtungsverfahren und Bestandesführung.
