⇧ SFB 917: Resistiv schaltende Chalkogenide für zukünftige Elektronikanwendungen: Struktur, Kinetik und Bauelementskalierung "Nanoswitches" ⇧

Note: Im Projekt B8 zielen wir darauf ab, die atomistischen Simulationen auf Elektrodenmaterialien und die Elektroden/Oxid-Schnittstelle auszudehnen. Darüber hinaus planen wir, die Auswirkungen des Einbaus von Wasserstoff zu erfassen. Kinetische Monte-Carlo-Simulationen werden verwendet, um die Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Leistungskennzahlen von ReRAM wie Zuverlässigkeit, Schaltausdauer und Ein-/Aus-Widerstandsverhältnis zu untersuchen, wobei die Ergebnisse des ab initio-Ansatzes und der genetische Algorithmus als Input verwendet werden. Diese Studie wird mit dem Drift-Diffusionsmodell in B1 verknüpft.
